Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, holidays, weather conditions, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit the “Track Your Order” page on our website for real-time updates.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? No problem—orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.

Address Corrections
Entered the wrong shipping address? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll make the correction.
Please note: We’re unable to update addresses once the order has shipped.
Delivery Attempts
Carriers will typically attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be returned to us.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at trivara@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
